We offer Contactless Check In. 

Your Smart Lock Code will be sent to you by email and text message within 24 hours of your Check-In date.

For same day reservations you will will recieve your Room Door Code via Email and Text within about 10 minutes of our confirmed booking. 

Self Service check out. Simply put all trash in the trash bin, pile up your used towels, turn off the light and lock the door. If possible - send us a message to let us know you have checked out.

If you are having issues accessing your room after hours please call our local manager Jennifer at 307-921-8989 or reply to the text or email confirmation you received at the time of booking. That message will come directly to us for immediate assistance.

If you are having any issues with the internet or cable you can call Spectrum  at (833) 267-6094

Provide them with the property address: 620 Big Horn 1/2 Thermopolis Wyoming

They will trouble shoot your issue and if needed reset the router or send a new signal to your cable box to resolve your issue.

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason fill out the form at the bottom of this page or reply to the confirmation email or text you recieved at the time of booking.

Both late check out and early check in may be available on request for a $10 fee based on availability. Please reply to your confirmation email or text message for assistance.
